JB Chadborn
Mr. C was born in Alaska in the 50’s. My father retired from the Air Force to study law and became a Civil Court Judge. My mother was a successful artist in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Life with my father and grandmother was nomadic, as my father was stationed at several different bases. I enjoyed the travel, but was always the new kid in school. I graduated from high school in Texas, and went on to earn a Bach. of Science in Communications, an MBA, and a Masters in Education. I worked for 25 years as a Master Control operator in different satellite uplinks for NBC, Warner Bros., AT&T, and Paragon. I started in communications as a broadband network linesman. I later retired from communications work to follow my dream of teaching, and taught in both the Evergreen School District in Washington State and the PSD in Oregon for 15 years. I have taught Math, SPED, Library Science, ELA, and as a soccer coach and referee at the University of Texas. I currently live in Prescott, AZ and work at the Mountain Oak Community School as Math teacher and Reading Support Professional.
